Norman Burdick will discuss how the Revised Workers’ Compensation Fraud Statute, which was passed by the Illinois legislature just over 10 years ago, and Case law have assisted employers in attacking fraudulent workers’ compensation claims. Mr. Burdick will examine the facts needed to file a workers’ compensation fraud Complaint, as well the workers’ compensation Complaint filing process.
