Membership now open to high-deductible employers!
Please consider joining the Illinois Self-Insurers' Association. Since 1978, the ISIA has worked to ensure that self-insured employers and high-deductible employers are treated fairly in Illinois. The ISIA monitors and advocates legislative change in Springfield, IL.
In addition, our association provides excellent claims training and an annual forum to discuss and analyze our state's workers' compensation system, administration, and topical issues. Finally, our association provides you with an opportunity to network and exchange ideas with other employers.
We have two classes of members:
Voting MembersCompanies qualified to self-insure their workers’ compensation liability in the State of Illinois, as well as companies with per claim deductibles of $500,000.00 or more. Annual Dues - $500 | Associate MembersNon-voting companies or organizations that do not qualify as voting members but would like to participate in the Illinois Self-Insurers Association. Annual Dues - $700 |
The ISIA represents its active members who hold voting rights. Associate members are primarily businesses such as claims administrators, attorneys, and other vendors. Associate members do not have voting rights.
