44^th ANNUAL MEETING AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR

Exhibitor Registration Rates:

$850 for ISIA Members | $1,450 for Non-Members

The Illinois Self-Insurers’ Association is delighted to invite you to exhibit and/or sponsor at our 44^th Annual Meeting and Educational Seminar to be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois.  We are very excited about this year’s program. View the program agenda here.

FOR EXHIBITORS:  The Exhibitor Fee for ISIA members is $850.00 and for non-ISIA members it is $1,450.00.  Please note that the Exhibitor’s Fee includes admission for ONE person, one six-foot skirted table, the opportunity to display signage at the event, recognition in the Attendees Booklet and a PowerPoint slide with your company’s logo.  Admission for additional exhibitors is priced at the regular rate of attendance; either the ISIA Member rate of $350.00 or the Non-ISIA Member rate of $500.00.  Set up and break down will be the Exhibitor’s responsibility.  Early set-up will be available on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm; otherwise, set up will begin at 7:00 am on Wednesday, September 21, 2022.

Exhibitor space is limited, so reservations should be made as soon as possible by registering through our website or sending this registration form with payment indicating if you would like to exhibit and/or sponsor our 2022 Annual Meeting.

FOR SPONSORS – WHICH INCLUDES AN EXHIBITOR BOOTH IF YOU DESIRE:  We are offering three levels of sponsorship for events such as the Continental Breakfast, Lunch, or Audio Visual:

• Gold ($3,500.00 and admission for three people);
• Silver ($2,500.00 and admission for two people)
• Bronze ($1,500.00 and admission for one person)
