The ISIA is pleased to announce our next Ask Anything Forum, hosted by the ISIA’s Executive Director, Adam Cox. Register now for the next installment on February 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM CT.
Rather than begin with a predetermined topic Mr. Cox will instead field your workers’ compensation questions and concerns, so please tell him what frustrates you about Illinois’ Workers’ Compensation system, specifically three things you would change. We can also address concerning trends or patterns, any suggestions for changes or improvements in the system, areas of the law that are unclear to you, or even sticky factual situations. Nothing is off limits!
