There were days when self-insureds were the preeminent leaders in workers’ compensation, and up to a certain level high-deductible plans essentially operate the same way. It’s time to return to a more unified and interactive employer community in Illinois to share and discover approaches, efficiencies, and pitfalls to avoid. With workplaces continuing to evolve, so must those who must react to these changes and how the statute (Act) and case law apply.
Adam Cox, Executive Secretary of the ISIA, will be hosting and leading an open forum virtual Zoom meeting to collaborate and discuss with forward-thinking stakeholders and those on the front line.
